    I have a question about Fortnite, every time I log in it tells me that there is an xbox live purchase check failure and my ping started to get really high, but only after if told me about the purchase check failure. I was wondering what I should do to fix this problem

    try clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.
