I have bought the 3 month promotion for Xbox live and it said that I was going to get a 500,000 cash credit for gta 5. I did not receive anything from them through the messages.

Hi, I purchased 3 Month Xbox Live from microsoft AU website on 07/06/2018 when you have 'buy 3 months get a bonus 3 months free' promotion.

I'm yet to receive my bonus codes by email, when I raised the issue with live chat they pointed me here.

The order number is 6229718223

Can you please assist?

Xbox Live promo code expired and was not redeemed

Hi i bought a 3 month live membership in the website and it came with an extra 3 month promotion. unfortunately i was not able to redeem the bonus code. is there any way to get that code reactivated?

So according to this you will receive a message from Xbox Live on or around October 31st, 2017.

You can still take advantage of it, my dude. I had active gold when the promotion went live, and extended it the extra 3 months to get the bonus currency. Just remember to log in to your account and adjust your subscriptions back to the year long instead
of the higher cost 3 month long auto renew.

Typically the promotions take something like 30 days (or some amount of time) before you receive your promotional bonus. How long ago did you purchase the 3 month code? If it was today, then you typically have a few days to wait
before you will get the additional 3 months. It should be mentioned in the terms and conditions of the promotion you signed up for.

Walmart website:Xbox Live 3 Month Gold Membership and $10 of Xbox Currency Token Code will arrive separately. Bonus token code will be sent to the email address provided starting October 15th. Promotion ends on October 13th.
