Xbox Live Promotion Fail. (Reposted)

Four months ago I purchased a promotion deal were you buy three months of gold and get three for free. I was expecting that within the first few months the digital code for the other three months would come in. I contacted Xbox live support multiple times
and they eventually gave me a one month code to compensate me in the meantime to where I would have gold intill they had my three month code ready. It is now May 30th and my gold has officially expired. The gold I was supposed to have has still not arrived
and I am still seeking answer if I will get the gold added to my account. Anyways any help would be gladly appreciated since I have no way to play any games currently.

And yes its important if you used a prepaid code the. You didn't buy the deal

To make the purchase as per the terms and conditions you must buy it with a credit card or debit or paypal not a prepaid code

Call Xbox Support at 1-800-4MYXBOX (if you live in the United States). If you truly got "hacked" then they will assist you. Be 100% truthful about what happened, even if it's not something that was "allowed".

As far as the suspension goes, visit
