    Hi I bought Xbox Live February 2018 and that time it was buy 3 month live get next 3 month free and it says you will get code in your email next 10 day but I did not receive any code and I use my gift card so now how can I get my next 3 month free code

    OK, so seeing your post @Beard of Steel reminded me that I still haven't got my code. I've just spoken to support on live chat and was told that the offer is still valid, but codes seem to be quite slow at being issued right now. They said that the best thing to do would be post in the Xbox forums and she gave me a link to the correct sub-forum. It might be worth giving that a go rather than trying live chat again?

    I think this promotion and the Xbox Live is 10 promotion was handled very poorly. Sending codes on xbox is not a smart idea.

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

    raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription    . This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.
