    I have a 40% off xbox live showing as an offer on my dashboard but the price is £39.99 when trying to purchase it. Shouldn't it be £23.99

    It is available as i know others in my region who can use it. And i click the link on my dashboard it shows full price.

    Thank you for reaching out! Could you provide a screenshot or picture of the deal you are seeing? Our Microsoft Store site currently has the 1 year of Xbox Live Gold at £39.99 and it has a description saying how you save 44% by doing the year route rather
    than the month by month subscription. Hope to hear back from you soon! :D

    Make sure the promo is still available or that the xbox promo is available in your region.

    It is a gamepass promo under the guise of a xbox live promo in the games with gold section being conducted by helloworld

    so not a xbox rewards promo
