Xbox Live Promo Issue

Hi I am having an issue with a promo on the Xbox dashboard. The promo is for Xbox live gold for $5/per month. When i click on the buy now button it shows up as 9.99 instead. My ref # for support chat is 1328211724. My GT is . I am having an
issue uploading the picture to this post.

Except this isnt a xbox rewards promo

It is a gamepass promo under the guise of a xbox live promo in the games with gold section being conducted by helloworld

so not a xbox rewards promo

Question

Can i order a standard Xbox 360 Live 12-moth Gold code online, to use on Xbox One Live?
They are all the same i assume, i don't need a special Xbox One version do i...

i don't want any fancy Killer Instinct xbone promo live version as mentioned above.

Are you sure it isn't get a years membership for as little as 5 dollars a motnh?

If so that's the price breakdown

A years membership is 59 dollars which is worth 5 bucks a month vs 10 bucks a month

It's a showing you the savings vs buying a monthly membership

There is no 5 bucks a month promotion

You buy a years worth and you are only paying 5bucks a month in the end you still pay the 59 bucks but you end up saving although your can go to certain websites for deals with memberships I bought 3 years worth and saved quite a bit

Usually if there is a month to month promotion it's 1 dollar

To upload an image you upload it to. A file hosting service then provide the link
