Discus and support Xbox Live Problem in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; When I try to play an online game like MW3 or Diablo the Xbox Live is automaticly disconnected.     Xbox Live Problem


    When I try to play an online game like MW3 or Diablo the Xbox Live is automaticly disconnected. I try to login with Xbox Live but it says "Xbox Live is not avoiable now" . I have tryed to turn on and off the modem, the wifi connection with my xbox.

    What else should I do?

    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    Xbox Live Problem

    Are you playing on xbox one or xbox 360?

    Try running a network connection test

    Make sure your NAT is open in your Network settings

    Make sure your gold is upto date account.microsoft.com

    Try removing your profile from the console restarting the console add it back

    Thank you.

    I play with an Xbox 360, and this happen only in some games. I also play Destiny but the xbox live works very well.

    I have done all the steps suggested from you, the last one how can i do it? for "removing" do you mean to delete my profile?

    It sounds like you need to promote your child account to an adult account. Here's our guide on how to do that:

    If you need help remembering the account name/password for the parent account, you can use the

    xbox.com/forgot     site to try to recover forgotten information.

    Unban The Word FALL Please.

    It tells me NOT ALOWED ON XBOX LIVE. The word FALL is BANNED from XBOX LIVE. How is something banned from XBOX LIVE not XBOX LIVES problem? As I said its a Microsoft Problem and they have to fix it.
