    Xbox Live Problem


    Hello,

    i was trying to login with my account on Xbox One.

    But the thing is, it says me i dont have Gold, but i have Gold.

    I can download the Gold Games and play them, but not the other Games like

    Destiny 1,2.Then i used a 14 day Code it was successfully, but still the same.

    1. Cant play my games

    2. Cant join a party ( you need Gold )

    3. Can play Gold Games and can download them

    So whats going on ?

    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    Xbox Live Problem

    Hi,

    Navigate to account.microsoft.com/services and see if there's one called "Xbox Live Gold" and see when it expires, you may of bought (or left auto-renew on) a subscription.

    This is a common problem people have and it mainly resolves around them leaving auto-renew on, if the problem is not because of that, then I recommend ringing up or contacting Xbox Live Support.

    It sounds like you need to promote your child account to an adult account. Here's our guide on how to do that:

    If you need help remembering the account name/password for the parent account, you can use the

    xbox.com/forgot     site to try to recover forgotten information.

    Unban The Word FALL Please.

    It tells me NOT ALOWED ON XBOX LIVE. The word FALL is BANNED from XBOX LIVE. How is something banned from XBOX LIVE not XBOX LIVES problem? As I said its a Microsoft Problem and they have to fix it.
