Xbox Live prepayed code activation failed

Hello,

I just requested the activation of a 1 year subscription code to xbox live to renew my subscription ending on 14/08/2018.

Unfortunately when entering the code your site tells me an error with the message "The code is already used".

So

I contacted the support of the site on which I acquired this code

("www.abonnement-xbox-live.com"), which asks me for information from

you.

I would like to know when was this code used?

xbox live prepayed code.

Unfortunately he has to pay the outstanding balance before the code can be added to the account. The balance cannot be paid with a subscription code.

Prepayed Xbox Live code accepted but it wouldn't let me play online

I brought my xbox one from France to Canada where I live now. Sunday I brought a prepayed Xbox Live code and after making a new account I entered the code to get a 3 months subscription to xbox live gold. The code seemed to work and I got no error message.
So for so good. Then I launched Overwatch and at the "connecting to xbox live" I always get send to the "buy an subscription" saying I have no xbox live on this account. But when I go to my settings/subscription it says I have 3 months prepayed xbox live gold
... Is this a system problem or a game problem or did I do something wrong ?

It is possible to use prepay codes on Xbox for things such games, store credit and Xbox live gold without the need to register a credit card.

When you buy any code whatever Xbox Live Gold, EA Access or Xbox Game Pass. So you have to activate it by the end of the year, if you do not activate it by the end of the year, the code will fail and you will not get any money back or you can claim the
code. so always activate the code in that year. In short, all the codes are for the current year if you would activate the code for 1 month of membership on the last day of the year, so you will be active in January.

you cant as it will need to auto renew at the end of that trial unless you cancel, if you want live then use prepay xbox live cards for convenience.
