Xbox Live Prepaidcard 10 euro redeemed on wrong account.

Hello everybody!

Today i have redeemed my Xbox Live Prepaid card 10 euro on my Xbox 360, but the code was redeemed on the wrong account. I wasn't even logged in with that account. I wanted to redeem it on this account, can you transfer the money from the other account to
this one?

Will I be able to redeem a european XBL credit code if I'm from UK?

I have redeemed $15 (golden giveaway) before and can't use it for some reason.

If I buy from ebay Netherlands for example, they use Euros- will the code still work on my UK account?

Just trying to redeem a code for xbox live credit on the console worth 10 euro. Have tried multiple times but no joy.

why does this company getting worse Im not saying anything but the redeeming an xbox live code prepaidcard i think that the problem is from microsoft so please assist me and im buying xbox 360 to have fun not to have problemsso solve the poblem

I'm assuming you are referring to Microsoft Rewards points. For Microsoft Rewards, 1,000 points equals 1$ in value (euros in your case), so yes if you have 60,000 points, then that values to 60 euros if you want to redeem those points for Microsoft Gift
Card currency. There is no option for 60$ (euros) on the redemption page for Microsoft Gift Card currency, so you would have to split it up redeeming a 10$ (euros) gift card and then redeem a 50$ gift card with the remaining points for a total of 60. More
