Xbox live permenntley suspended

If you've filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,there is nothing else you can do.

The is no phone number to contact the enforcement team & support can not do anything as enforcement matters are nothing to do with them

The Xbox live profile may be suspended/banned from xbox live making it unrecoverable until the suspension, if suspended, ends. If its banned, you cannot recover it once deleted.

No you can't suspend your Xbox live account but you can suspend your auto renewal payment option.
