    Hi, yesterday I trued to log onto my Xbox Live account but then i was greeted with a screen that said that my account had been permanantly suspended so I went to recent enforcements and filed a case review because it stated that my account
    was banned for harassment and abuse and something else but I had only been playing soley and with a couple friends prior to this incident and would like to know if this problem could get fixed. I played rainbow six siege a few weeks back and someone messaged
    me saying they would get my account info and get my account banned forever and I thought that they were bluffing and I have put days so many years into this account along with spending a lot of money as well so I would seriously appreciate it if this issue
    could get resolved.

    Permanently banned console and account

    An Xbox Live device ban permanently blocks an Xbox console or device from accessing the Xbox Live service. The device ban is applied to the Xbox console or device, not to a specific Xbox profile (account). This means that no one can use the console or device to connect to Xbox live.

    The Xbox Live policy enforcement team is employed by Microsoft. and they Validate each and every permanent suspension. Regardless what your son tells you. They always validate before giving a permanent suspension. Once they issue a permanent suspension
    and they say "Suspension will stand as issued" there decision is final and won't be overturned or appealed.

    As Viral Cyrix mentioned. Once Permanently suspended its impossible to refund, re-download or recover the account. Once done you can't undo.

    But they're still suspended from Xbox LIVE...Forever. A permanent suspension is the same as a ban.

    I was replying to this and I quote "Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges"this is an account suspension. if you had an account suspension
    you would havn't be able to sign in.
