Xbox live permanent account suspension for no reason

Hi,

Seven years ago, in february of 2013, I got my Xbox live account permanently suspended following a support call I originally made regarding a prepaid xbox live 12 month subscription card bought from a local store that could not be activated.

The support agent asked for pictures of said card and was supposed to get back to me within a few days with a replacement code or simply add the subscription time to my account.

What should be noted is that the prepaid card had an extra code for Black Ops 2 avatar cap which I was able to claim before reaching out for support.

To my surprise, 4 days after my support request I received an email from live enforcement telling me that my xbox live account was permanently suspended for unauthorized modification of my account, gamertag or profile. It should be noted that I never had
any misconduct reports or offences and always had proper conduct when playing online.

At the time I did not care much and ending up selling my xbox 360 and did not look back.

Things have changed and I now placed a pre order for an Xbox Series X only to realize that I will not be able to get back into my Xbox account.

I tried calling for xbox support yesterday and the agent could apparently not see anything wrong with my account and told me everything should technically be fine.

I still have the emails I originally sent back then and would like to know the process to get back in game or contact infos of the appropriated support team if possible as I would like to enjoy the new generation console with my friend list of the time and
continue my gamerscore progression.

Unfortunately, the ban is permanent. Here is the console ban information taken from the Xbox Support page:

Console bans

Xbox consoles may be permanently prevented from connecting to Xbox Live for one or more violations of the Xbox Live Terms of Use. Consoles can be banned from Xbox Live for several reasons including, but not
limited to, the following reasons:

Console tampering: Physically opening the Xbox console and modifying it to play illegitimate software.
Online fraud: Attempting to social engineer users, take over Xbox Live accounts, or perform other fraudulent activities.
Repeat egregious violations: Multiple actions taken on accounts on the console by the enforcement team for disrupting the service or impacting users.

Customer Support for Xbox Live cannot undo an Xbox Live suspension for a console. Xbox Live console suspensions may also include permanent suspensions of Xbox Live accounts as well.

You would have had to contact the enforcement team back when the ban was originally issued. Since it's been over 12 months since it occurred, it would no longer be eligible for a case review, so there is no way to get that profile back.

Thanks for your answer.

I tried once to reach for support, back then, only to be told that phone support agents were not allowed to give more informations about bans or revert said decision, leaving me on my own, I did not look further and simply took for granted that I could not
get it back and switched over to ps3.

Sad thing is that its bound to my main email account, if only I could set that email on a new xbox account and transfer my friendlist I would not mind much getting started all over again with my Gamerscore progresison but access to all xbox related content
on my account is blocked and leads my to an error page on Microsofts website.

An Xbox Live device ban permanently blocks an Xbox console or device from accessing the Xbox Live service. The device ban is applied to the Xbox console or device, not to a specific Xbox profile (account). This means that no one can use the console or device to connect to Xbox live.
