Xbox Live Outdated code of conduct.

I just Recently got communications banned for a whole week because I had sent the word "****" to another Player. This player was basically baiting me into getting upset by picking on me and making fun of me after I told them that i was in fact serious about
something. He was basically TROLLING me but I get banned. That's a total sham. I have been with xbox for a total of 8 years going on 9 and never have i had an issue like this. I told the person to F off, I did not in any way shape or form meant in a sexual
or threatening away, but more as a leave me alone. Trolling is against the Code of Conduct yet he is completely fine while I'm banned for a week? How is that fair? Bullying is far worse than simply using a curse word online. Youtubers are out and about trolling
CHILDREN on xbox but they are not punished for it? Why not? It says trolling is not allowed so why is it that they never get banned? This Code of conduct is a buncha BS if you ask me.

Either Bio. Or Asking someone for microsoft points for xbox live favors. idk, something against code of conduct. not all things have to be mod related.

The questionare questions are all answered in the code of conduct. If you do not know the code of conduct you should not be on Xbox LIVE because by being on Xbox LIVE you agree to the code of conduct

 

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be banned. As long as you filed a complaint on the other person, the enforcement team will investigate them and take action.

 

Even if you didn't start it you can still be banned
