when i didnt relise xbox were petty crocks, didnt know about auto-renew so i didnt pay the auto-renew because i didnt have the money to re-new a year at the time and now because i didnt auto-renew i carnt get microsoft point or xbox live on my card. xbox
dont care about custermers they care about money.
