Xbox Live on PC issue, Major lag issues

May I know if you tried using different graphics settings?
For example, if you have all at Max settings, try changing some settings to "high"

Or which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this?

So, even with lower graphics settings the issue persists?

Let's try something different.
First: try using a different graphics card driver version, check the manufacturer website to see if you can do this

Second: create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there:

By the way, are you on Windows 11 or 10?
And, both games are from the Xbox app / Microsoft store. Right?

Restarted computer, Tried a different drive, activated gaming mode on windows, closed out all programs/ processes I could, Turned graphics all the way down, Moved game to another faster drive, checked integrity of game files, Cleared my cache.

yes this game suffers major connection issues outside of the lag.
