Xbox live not working on MW2, but working on other 360 games

It says "The Current Profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live." When the menu comes up, it has Xbox Live under my gamertag. When I click it, it goes away.

Thanks for the updating us with the error message you are getting. There are two things for this error message: Xbox Live issue or in-game enforcement. Please try to check this link to see if your account has any history of enforcement:

• Appeal a Ban | Activision Support
  
• Enforcements | Xbox Support
  

If you have enforcement for Xbox or in-game, please send an appeal through the site. However, if you have no enforcement history, please reach out to our live support team for further assistance:

1. Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
   
2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
