Xbox Live Not Registering

Ive just about had it with Xbox entirely because of this problem. I have had Live issues ever since I bought the console. Any supscriptions didnt register until i reset my console more than five times. I stopped paying for subscriptions and made a friends
console my home xbox. Periodically, my home xbox resets back to mine without my permission, or the Live wont register. My friend still has Live and his xbox is still my home console, but Live isnt registering no matter how many times I reset my Xbox. Im not
having any connectivity issues and the xbox services are all fine. Im the only one besides my sister that is using the internet. How do i fix this permanently.

Hi there,

Can you explain what you mean by Xbox Live won't register? Do you get kicked out of playing games or does it say that you don't own gold and can't play?

I suggest doing all of the basic troubleshooting like a
hard reset and power cycle. Eventually you may need to perform a
soft factory reset and restore the operating system if that doesn't help.

I living in France and my Xbox Live account is registered in France too.

You must have a registered account with Xbox LIVE. Guests ONLY work when playing online with a registered account on the same console.

Hello Cory Prime,

Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.
