Sorry for the issue with the parental controls. I have noticed this also I have and adult account and certain areas I get the error parental controls. We suggest going to the

Forza Forums and post there, also this issue been going on for a while there might even be a answer there to fix it.

Is that an error you get when trying to sign into the Forza Forums? Do you have any issue when signing into Xbox.com?

I recommend trying to re-install the Xbox app on your PC. Here is how:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Attempt these steps and let us know how this goes.
