Mon Gold est actif et ne fonctionne pas. Je l'ai payé pendant un an (jusqu'en avril 2019) et j'ai un message qui me demande de racheter un Gold !

D'où vient le problème car l je payer et ne peux pas jouer ni communiquer !

Sometimes when you redeem a code. You have to get your Xbox to re read your profile licenses.

Select Settings

select Power and startup

select turn off or restart

Restart Now.

This will fully shut down your Xbox and your profile will be forced to be read again.
