    Hi,

    I wanted to play Forza Motorsport 7 with some friends, so i got the game pass and downloaded the game. I joined their lobby but when they searched for a game, I got a 'failed to acquire server data' message. My friends said they had the same problem when
    they first tried multiplayer, so they provided me with the steps they took to fix it but nothing changed. So I went to Xbox Networking in the Windows settings, since it seems this is the problem, and tried the troubleshooting steps. Again, none of them worked.
    I searched the internet for other solutions and went into troubleshooting for 4 hours, without any succes.

    I tried every possible 'fix' i could find but none worked. Some fixed the NAT type, some fixed the Server connectivity issue, but none fixed both. Now I come to the forums to ask if anyone has another solution. If so, please put them below.

    Nat type.. Terado is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games.

    I can't play with my friends in online games from gamepass like human fall flat or gang beasts

    I tried and the same thing happened, it keeps going to TEREDO is unable to qualify and the server connectivity is blocked but oddly enough every time I go to the XBOX networking setting, the NAT type is moderate and the server connectivity is blocked but then when I press fix it button, it goes to TEREDO is unable to qualify and server connectivity is blocked but sometimes the NAT type is moderate, I don't know how to explain it really, it just happens

    I was given a code for the game as a gift. I've disabled my antivirus and firewall but the error still persists. For the NAT type, it says "Teredo is unable to qualify". The server connectivity says "blocked". However, I am able to play other multiplayer games through the Xbox app.
