Xbox live moderation

So i was com banned on the 15 till the 29th. Not a big deal i dont play much anyway. However the person who reported me i had reported for (here is a list) dating requests, sexual conduct, offering sex, harrasing me, and insulting me. This is all agienst
tos to my understanding. My problem is i got banned and according to my freind this person was on yesterday doing the same thing. So i am wondering where i can report xbox live moderators for not banning this person for what i find severe tos violations. Yet
com banning me for insulting this person (which again i dont care about)

In comparison, the moderation team is tiny. Eventually, it will be seen, and subsequently dealt with.

 

the only way to report people is going to their profile and click report there is no other way.

 

Clearly you dont understand the question. Im asking how i can report xbox moderation staff for not doing there jobs

 

See the problem here is why is someone using sexual conduct on xbox live acceptable but insulting the person for it isnt.

 

The Xbox Live Code of Conduct defines how we are to behave on Xbox Live, even when others are misbehaving. Yes, you are correct that repeated, unwanted messages and harassment are unacceptable. Yes, you should report that player using the tools in your console,
as well as block that user from communicating with you again.

All that said, that does not excuse any conduct from your account that apparently led to the two-week suspension you described. You can bring up what occurred in your case review, if you choose to file one, which is your one and only way of communicating with
Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET).

 

Once agaib a replier who can not see the problem. Thus has nothing to do with me getting banned for 2weeks if you had read the original post you would Know i said i dont play much anyway and i dont care. The problem is there is a person. Reported before
me by multiple people for an even worse violation is still not been enforced apon. And is still doing the samething.

 

IF you have reported this user's messages, and IF others have reported them, AND Microsoft deems them to violate the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, THEN they will be suspended according to that same code.

As users are not told about what may happen due to reports they submit (other than "thanks for reporting it and we are taking action"), for all you know they were either (a) suspended and already back online or (b) their conduct did not break the Code. I cannot
see any of these messages so I cannot say what did or didn't happen definitively.

 

Well what ever you say. still dont see how 3 days is much of a suspention and i would hope that this would violate code of conduct. but as i see it this is no longer worth my time. have a nice life.
