Xbox live missing off account

my Xbox live is not active on my account , I renewed it in December 2017 and I bought a 12 month membership , I have just signed in on my Xbox and it’s saying I don’t have Xbox live , this is completely random and I have no idea on how go get my Xbox live
back , can anyone help?

Can't sign into Xbox Live

I need help signing into my Xbox live account I had got off work came home and tried to sign into my Xbox account , and got a error code 0x87DD0006 and I need to sign in xbox live. I missing out on important events

Both profiles are on my Xbox so is the map pack, but i cant seem to use it, when i sign into both accounts on xbox live, it kicks me off live and tells me that my banned account isnt allowed online (obviously) i just want the map pack back tbh missing the

Check your currently active subscriptions here, make sure your 12 months of Gold is still active:

Occasionally, there may be a sign-in glitch that affects your Gold membership benefits. That can typically be fixed with a simple power cycle:

So that's a bit of a mission to do whatever they are suggesting!! Anyway, clearly a problem with MS Mahjong syncing with XBOX Live account. Either a problem with XBOX Live account or MS Mahjong. Main thing that's gonna **** me off is that I will miss consecutive
days to get my AWARD!!!! now what?

You can only delete the profile from off your console and sensitive information from off xbox.com

there is no way as a user to delete accounts totally, only xbox live admins can do that if you speak to them via phone.

(unless i am missing something but im pretty sure that it stays on the servers)
