    Xbox live Minecraft promotion


    hi. I had a promotion showing on my xbox one bashboard saying that if I purchased 3 months Xbox live I would get the standard edition or 12 months got standard plus bonus stuff. Opted for 3 months and waited for my code in message centre. It never arrived.

    Just been speaking to support via web chat and they have no idea where this offer came from.

    Has anybody else gone for the offer or seen it? It has disappeared from my dashboard now.

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through a different account than the one you're posting from? We have determined that the account you posted from is currently not an Xbox Live Gold subscriber, which would not qualify for the Minecraft + Gold promotion.

    Can't claim Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition merge on PC

    Thank you so much and it seems like what you have is the Xbox version which means that you're not eligible for the promotion. With the promotion, you should have Minecraft for Windows or Minecraft Java Edition.
