Xbox Live/Microsoft Account Retrieval

The only best option to find your account's email address is to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Go to xbox.com and try signing in with the email address that you think is associated with your Microsoft account.

If you can sign in, the email address and password you entered are valid. The Gamertag that’s associated with this email address will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen.

If you can’t sign in, check your other email inboxes for messages about your Xbox subscription or Xbox offers. This may help you determine which email address is associated with your Xbox profile.

Tip Think back to when you created your Microsoft account. Were you using a different internet service provider for email at the time?

If you remove permission you will lose access to the online features of the game as it can't retrieve your online data, having a Microsoft account and use it on any Xbox game as Forza means that you have an Xbox live account

If this is the account you are having difficulty with you need to delete the profile from your Xbox and retrieve a new copy from Live.

These instructions show you how to delete your profile and perform the account retrieval.

Microsoft did say something about deleting xbox live accounts that have been dormant for more than 2 years or so, but if you contact Microsoft support then they might be able to retrieve the data you want for you.

Is this an Xbox Live account or just a local system account?

If it's an Xbox Live account Recovering will retrieve the information

If it's a Local system account and it got deleted it's gone just recreate an account with same name everything (saves) should link back except gamerscore/achievements.
