Xbox live membership is pending

I purchased a 1 month subscription of xbox gold but when I look at the details of the order its pending but its took out money out of my account

It appears that you may have stacked your subscription, however, this didn't appear to affect the renewal date.

For more info on this, I would have to recommend that you Contact Xbox Customer Support for more info on this matter as we here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to provide you with additional insight on this.

However, you can still
request for a refund for the item that you purchased, but keep in mind, its likely that this will cancel your subscription if the refund does go though.

It shows up like I already got the subscription but the only bit that is odd is that it says it going to renew on the 18/03/20 which was yesterday I don't know if its a bug in the system
