Xbox Live Massage Gears of war 1-4 codes are not working !

Hi

I have bought gear of war ultimate edition

From Market place, And on 2015-12-10 i have recovered 4 Game codes all gears of wars 1-4

all of my codes are not working i cant redeem them on xbox and on the website

i was speaking to support and they told me to post my problem here so i can get new keys

My account is registered in sweden i live in sweden and i have swedish ip and i use swedish marketplace on xbox live

code 1 and 3 not working

I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

i reveived my codes via xbox live message. 2 out of the 4 arent working, the ones that dont work are gears of war 1 and gears of war 3. support told me to post here.

Apologies for any confusion, I'm afraid we aren't able to offer you replacement codes. Have you had a chance to sign into commerce.microsoft.com to verify your region? Cross-region accounts aren't supported I'm afraid and can cause issues. Also, when you
reached out to phone support did you have them verify your region is correct?

The Xbox One S console comes with a download code for Gears 4, which should give you the online messages download codes for Gears 1-3.

The fine print on the console says that "to qualify [for Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment] purchase and play Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by 31 December 2016. Must be 17+" -- Have you played Gears 4 on Xbox Live yet?
