    Hi everyone. I’m getting the above status message when I’m trying to re-download Modern Warfare 3 (2011) on the Xbox 360. I made the purchase within the last six months and have it downloaded on the Xbox One. My assumption is that Microsoft removed it from the store and the ability to re-download it from the download history. When I go to the store page on the Xbox 360, the purchase button has a negative one in place of the price and on the Xbox One, it gives me the ability to play the game (since it’s installed) and the other option is to pre-order Black Ops six. I’m assuming because they remove the button to purchase or re-download and placed the pre-order button for a different game. This unfortunately messed up the ability to re-download a purchase game. The older Xbox Marketplace website does not give me the ability to purchase or re-download either.

    And before you respond with a particular answer: my router is fine and doesn’t require a power cycle. My Xbox 360 cache doesn’t require clearing as I’ve tried the console and PC to re-download it. And confirmed the issue with a completely different platform. My network does not require a reset. The console does not require a power cycle or a reset. It appears that this is a server side issue.
