Xbox Live Marketplace not registering purchases

For about a week now, I have tried to purchase both a 3 month Gold membership, and a Minecraft skin pack. The purchases have gone through but the Xbox seems to not be registering them. The gold membership wouldn't work until I purchased the 1 month free
trial and the skin pack won't work in minecraft. I've gotten a confirmation on the skin pack and the 1 month trial, but not the 3 month membership. Any help would be appreciated.

I think it will work, your Gamertag is tied to the country that you first registered in meaning no matter where you are, each time you connect to Live you connect to the marketplace of the region you registered in.

There is at the moment a little problem, have you looked in the history if you really payed it? What does the website here say with your accounting ?

The skin pack says it has been paid in the transactions section but not the membership. The skin pack is still locked though.

Hi,

If you purchase the game using the Xbox LIVE marketplace via Games on Demand then you'd get the game in the local language of your Xbox LIVE account region.

If your LIVE account is registered in Russia then you should get the game in Russian. If your LIVE account is registered in Sweden then you would get the game in Swedish. These are all subject to availability of course. Sometimes, games are region locked, and
this means that you may be living in Sweden with a Russian LIVE account. You may not be able to purchase/download the game properly due to that.

It's recommended that you have an account in the same region you're living in. In this case it's recommended that you have an account registered in Sweden if you're living in Sweden.

Hey, wolfster259! If you are getting this message, it's because your account is registered in the system as a Child Account. The only way around purchasing Games with Gold for Child Accounts is by making the purchase on an Xbox 360. Changing the settings
to make "unrestricted purchases" does not work for the 360 Marketplace, so you will be unable to make these purchases on the Xbox One or the Marketplace website. For more information, please check out our
