Xbox Live Marketplace not ahowing purchased content

Last night, I tried redownloading some games and DLC I purchased quite some time ago, but on all of their pages, there wasn't an option to redownload as usual. Instead, they all had the "Purchase" option again in its place. What's weird is that I was able
to redownload them when I went to my purchase history. Is there some sort of glitch on Xbox Live causing this?

i have the same problem i need help i called the xbox live support and they said to format it but how of its not ahowing up?

Hi, you just need to download the item again from the download history of the account that purchased it.

I'm not sure if it's a "glitch" but it does happen from time to time. That's why it's always recommended that you use your purchase history.

Just for reference to access your download history take these steps:-

Sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.

Go to Settings and select Account.

Select Download History.

Browse your download history. If you want to download something again, select the item and then select Download Again.

Note If you want to see the charges on your Xbox Live account, see Check your Xbox Live billing and purchase history.

That's exactly what I did instead. I was just wondering if it's a glitch or if there might be something wrong with my account

Hey, ElDiabloLoco90! It's likely that nothing is wrong with your account since you're able to download it from your Download History.

If it was no longer located there, but you could still see the purchase, then there might be something wrong with your account.

However, it's likely that the game and DLC packs were bought when they were under a different publisher, and then put back up on the Marketplace under the new publisher. That's generally what we see with the symptoms you're describing, so you should be just
fine as long as you keep downloading them through your Download History.
