Xbox Live login issue - error code 0x80a40010

Im getting error code - 0x80a40010 when trying to sign in. Can you help? Tried to power cycle, remove/add profile and also to reset to factory defaults

same problem, chat support doesn't help!

 

Xbox please fix this error, from the looks of it it is a regional error. some people are wasting their subscription because of this error.
