    xbox live logged in under weird name.


    My xbox live app hasnt worked for a month on the mobile so I had a look at the account through the web and see my account is logged in under a strange name and my info is gone. Likewise my xbox s is offline and I cant connect. Following advice found on the web I signed out, made sure I signed into my microsoft account, changed my xbox live password (email notification and all) but the new password doesn't work. I cant sign in to xbox live and the crappy false profile wont move. Just out of interest the hackers name on my account is VehementWord701. Any help appreciated.

    Just discovered that when I go to "customize profile" on xbox it says my new name and my old name directly under it. That is a little weird.

    Very weird for me. I had this same problem and I was trying to test my xbox live connection but accidentally tried to log in and it worked!
