Xbox live log in issues

My son has an account for which I subscribe for xbox live. As a result, he has a few other accounts when he has changed his gamertag etc. So he has an account and I have one. However, the one account we cant access
is the one where I need to sign him in that is connected to the payment of xbox live. Tried to call but its impossible to get through and talk to an actual person. Do not know what to so next.

Cloud storage not working...again.

It is working for me. I suggest you call xbox support to get your issue resolved. I always call them whenever I have trouble with my xbox live and they are really helpful. Logging and out then log in back usually resolves your issue.

Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

Currently there is an active Service Alert stating:

Xbox Live Core Service Limited

‎11‎/‎1‎/‎2018‎ ‎9‎:‎29‎:‎44‎ ‎AM

Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account; search

Affected platforms:

Xbox One

This could be the cause of your issue please check here:
Xbox Live Service Status to check if things are back to normal. Once the Service alert is over you should be able to sign in without further issue.

I figured that would be the case. For that sort of issue you would need to contact phone support and speak to them in regards to this.

If you are able to verify that you are the owner by answering phone supports specific security questions, they will be able to give you the e-mail associated with the account.

Once you've received the e-mail, you can then reset the password here.

Thanks for the comments ... the issue i have is i do not know the email attached to gamer tag. So i cant sign in .....

It's weird though that i can sign into here. It must be another address i set up ages ago for xbox .... but i do not know how to find the email address

Hello, Since you are able to log in here, goto the top of the page where it shows "My Account" and you can change your information there in account management.

1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button

2) Select Download Profile (and if you don't see it, press the blue X button to make sure you're not signed in) and proceed with Profile Download.

3) Enter the Windows Live ID for your Xbox LIVE gamertag when asked.

4) Enter the password for the WLID.

4A) If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID & password is required as well to download your profile.

5) Pick the storage device for your profile (choose Hard Drive if you have one, or Memory Unit if you don't have a Hard Drive).

6) When the download completes you will be asked if you want the console to remember your password. If it's your home console, I'd say yes, otherwise I'd think carefully about leaving my profile unprotected on somebody else's Xbox!

7) Sign in, and retry.
