Xbox Live Keeps booting us off line!

Thanks for bringing this issue staying online to our attention. I can totally see how this could be concerning and/or confusing.

That being said, we do have a troubleshooting article created for this kind of situation called the

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Also I would check to make sure you're not signed in anywhere else and that the person with the Xbox Live subscription is designated as the home Xbox account.

Does it give you any type of error or does it just log you out?

when was the last time you did a hard reset of your router/modem?

That is total BS, I got this idiot threatening me that he will boot me out of Xbox live and he has done it twice already just becuase I kicked his *** on Soulcalibur and he keeps saying that I shouldnt play lower ranks but he is the idiot who keeps joining
my room and fighting me, this kind of idiots deserve to be removed and never allowed to play on xbox live ever again........ Xbox live support,,, you need to do something about this scumbags, I already filed a complaint on my console but the guy keeps finding
me and booting me out and you should allow us to address their nametags here so everyone knows who they are, we didnt buy an Xbox and we dont pay fox xbox live so we can be booted off line by some random sore loser hacker.............
