    Ok so I decided to try and make an Xbox Live account the other day so that I could play COD:MW3 online. I finally setup an account yesterday and bought Xbox Live Gold on it using my laptop. I went onto my Xbox 360 so that I could start playing, however,
    it wouldn't let me login to Xbox Live. I found out that it's because I have been locked out of my account and I don't understand why. At first I thought it was because I logged into multiple devices, but my brother, who has had his account for about a month
    or two now, has logged into about 4 different devices. I can't do anything to unlock it because I don't have anything that can be texted too. I have to use my brothers account with his consent to write this right now, and I have two questions: why was I locked
    out of my account, and how can I unlock it when I can't be texted?

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like you've been locked out of your account. To get some clarity on this issue what is the message you are receiving when trying to sign into the account? Have you tried signing in at
    Microsoft's website? Please let us know how it goes.

    I have tried to sign in to the websites but I cant due to my account being locked. Everytime I try to do something I just get pulled to a "your account has temporarily been suspended" screen. It says I need to put in a phone number associated with a phone
    capable of texting, but I have no device capable of texting.

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
