    Has not givin me my free xbox live when i created a new account for my new xbox 360. i spoke with customer service today and she told me to create this as a back up. I dont see a xbox live trial on my dashboard.

    Restriction applies when it comes to the free trial promotion on your console. If you do not see the offer, it only means that you are no longer eligible.

    Creating new accounts doesn't mean you get free Gold now. Yes, restrictions apply when it comes to free Gold trials.

    If you do not see it, just means your profile isn't eligible.

    No free codes given as well since free trials do not come with a code when they are offered on the console.

    everytime i turn my console on i have to run the connection test. at first i thought it was because ive changed to talk talk but my laptop connects perfectly. i dont know if its because im still in the dashboard beta but it gets very annoying.
