Xbox live is trying to scam me!

So I decided I wanted to purchase a 1 month xbox live membership when I kept encountering a problem saying something like my payment method was invalid and my account is suspended. I tried figuring out the problem so I deleted my old cc thinking that was
it. It still wasnt working so I thought xbox is just being glitchy so I went on xbox's website and bought a 1 month there. After I have already purchased the 1 month I discover the problem was I bought Xbox live January 4th and sometime my cc was cancelled.
It says I cant use the 1 month live I bought because I owe 1 month live. Theyre outright scheming me! I payed the equivalent of what it says I owe. Not to mention I was given no specifics of what the problem really was from the begin with. So basically theyre
trying to get me to buy 2 1 month xbox memberships otherwise I cant use my already purchased 1 month. Im really starting to get mad about this. They didnt even give me the full 1 month for the previous month because the unknowingly declined credit card but
they suspended me for it too. then try to scam me?!?! I shouldnt be suspended for this.

It's good that you posted here. They don't take complaints here, but they do where you filed a complaint, and it also is good measure to post here, regardless.
