Hello Microsoft Team,

I bought 3 months Xbox Live (till the 10.08.18) and its not working since 3 or 4 days. What can i do?

My GamerTag is "planB Ponthos".

Xbox One Live is up and running. Online games not working.

I have a similar problem, the Xbox live is working but not even a single game is working for example when I play titan fall I press A and then I wait and wait and it is says to me ( fail to read profile ) I have done everything I can but it is not working
anymore the console itself is working, Xbox live is working but I don't know what is the problem

Ive already tried this before with changing my payment option, by changing the place where i live but it doesnt worked also.

How can i call this number with a normal Home phone? And are they reachable 24/7?

i live in germany and we have here 00:44 actually. So its after midnight.
