Xbox live information and achievements all gone?

When transferring over to Xbox One from 360 all my information on live and in game achievements and ranks are all gone. Nothing is there it's like I am brand new to xbox even after playing over 13+ years. I have not been online in about a year and a half,
give or take. When I played last, on 360, everything was still there and all my information for each game was the same. I dont really mind starting over but it is a real bummer anyone have this problem? And if so any solutions or do we just have to start over
?

I did contact support and at first they told me that I dont have the licenses to play the games and that is why its not keeping my information, but I own the games. And they had no idea why it would work. I also had a game bought through the store, and
they said it doesnt show I had it at all. I was supposed to hear back but have not, yet. I wanted to see where the community was with it first, before going through the whole thing of calling and dealing with them again..... any thoughts?

Hi FireMarshalHope as you can see
here, when you move to a xbox one your profile and all progress should be keeped. You just login in xbox one with the account that you used in 360. Try to remove the account in the xbox one and put again.

Is the account you are using the same account you used on 360? Email? GT? If it is the same account it will not happen, all your progress will be in the account, there is no way to withdraw it.

Yes, I am signed into the same account, it's the one I have used since i was about 14, so I hope I can get it all back 🤞

I have little kids so it keeps me signed out until I put a code in. But I will definitely try to remove the account, the add it agian, and see if it helps!

Unfortunately it is gone anywhere I login 😕 I think I may have been a purged account. 🤷‍♀️ Like i said i really dont mind starting over, gonna be fun playing all the old games again, it just sucks to loose all the stuff I worked hard to get and had for
so long.

Thanks to all of yall with your help. But I may just have to deal with what I have. I will still check on the 360 with I get the power cord in and see, but that shouldnt make a difference since it's all linked to a profile not a system. 🤷‍♀️doesnt hurt
to try.
