Xbox live in-dash offer not recognized? [Mod Removed]

I have been seeing a one month gold offer when I sign in, but as I try to take the offer it shows at full price before billing. Support reference # [Mod Removed].

Need help!!! I need to by pass security proof so i can change my Email. (READ)

You see when i first got my xbox live i put my email as [Mod Removed]@g-mail.com instead of
[Mod Removed]@gmail.com , not knowing that the dash mattered i now cant get pass the security proof and i cant get into xbox live with out doing security proof please help.

Which specific offer is this? There are a few different promotions that involve receiving Xbox Live gold for 1 month that could pop up, so having the specifics would help a bunch!

 

Thanks for replying. The offer is for a free month of gold subscription. It appears on my dash but when I proceed I the offered price is not on the pricing screen. I spoke to live chat support and they advised me to post a thread here and take a picture
as a proof. The reference number I was given is in the title and I'll include the picture here.
