Xbox Live in BRL - Brazilian Reais - R$

I received a notification couple months agos saying that Xbox Live would be able to accept local credit card (it would be charging in Brazilian Reais) from October 03rd on. The fact is that it is not, I'm trying as hard as I can to enable my Gold account
and I just can't do it.

Also, I believe that my account is mistakenly associated with US, so I was wondering if I should change location to Brazil, but I cant seem to be able to it also.

Minecraft Xbox one Edition for R$399,00

Hey guys. Just for u guys to know, Minecraft for xbox one is cousting like U$190,00 in Brazilian Xbox Live.... (R$399,00) . This can't be right.

 

That would definitely be the reason that you cannot use the credit card. Your gamertag must match your physical location. Go ahead and migrate the account to Brazil and you should be able to use your credit card.

When I bought the xbox I've setted my gamertag, mistakenly, for US in stead of Brazil and used an international card. So for so good. I cancelled this international card couple months ago and tried to add a local one, and I couldn't do it. So your reply
answer this - ok.

Now the real problem is that I just can't do this migration. Here's is the message:

"There was a problem making the change now. See Page Support Change Region to make sure that it will work for you and try again later."

Conditions that prevent this change are all checked and none of them apply to me.

I even worried that I might had some pending payments, but none was found. I checked th commerce.microsoft.com and it is very clear: Pending payments- You have no pending balances at this time.

 

Ok, right now then it looks as though you have two choices open to you here.

1. Contact phone support for your region to get help in migrating your tag to Brazil. 0800 891 9835

2. Create a new gamertag for Brazil and add the card for purchases to it. All items purchased with this tag (except avatar items) can be used by any other gamertag on that console.
