Xbox live Imposible to connect since yesterday night

Xbox live status says "Status Ok", not network issue. tested on wireless, wired (directly form modem)

I tried to contact Microsoft Support by chat or by phone but after 1 hour nobody gets the call.

Do we have an issue accounts?

I saw on the net, lots of people have a same issue.

Why Microsoft Support doesn't publish an alert to inform Microsoft users of a possible issue

Xbox One has been updating for 8 hrs

since the troubles yesterday, I am able to connect to xbox live since last night... but when I try to start Forza Horizon2 I get an
Loading... Please Wait message. It's been on this message since late last night (about 8 hrs now). The initial game install never took near this long.

Any ideas ?

I'm having same problem. Xbox 360 live service is having problems I'm pretty sure that's why we can't connect.

I was able to sign in yesterday and got into Tanks, but kicked me out after about 3 minutes and Xbox froze up. Can't get back on since last night.

Good afternoon. since last night I can not connect the console to Xbox Live. On the official website yesterday said they were having some problems and they were solving problems. today in your site says that everything is solved, still today I can not get
into live. I hope your answer because as one consumer of xbox live and pay for it not like this to happen. thank you

i posted this yesterday and still no answer, last night i was able with a push to connect to xbox live, today however it is down again, but my wifi on the xbox says its really good, so i know its not my end!!

I have been having loads of trouble since the xbox was hacked last week, its not been the same since! Is there a reason for this? At least give me something to go by!
