Discus and support Xbox live id in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; account has been blocked from signing on a different email and it says it need my Xbox live id, but it won't show it because i can't get signed in on...     You need to change the Windows Live ID that's associated with the account.

    What you're looking for is at the bottom

    "Switch your gamertag to a different Windows Live ID"
