Xbox Live Golf redeem

If you made the purchase online through Xbox the subscription would have already been applied to the account you purchased it under. You can check in your account purchase history.

When you purchase gold membership through the website or on the console it is automatically applied to your account - no need for codes.

1. Please see this page to see if your membership is active:

2. If you do have membership on that page and you don't have it on the console, please remove and redownload your account:

http://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one
And before you redownload it please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds.

3. If that does not fix it please contact xbox support in a live chat to have them refresh your gold for you here:
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Login and check your account if you purchased it online it should be active for you without redeeming a code.

I made the payment on Microsoft and it is already taken from my bank account. I received an email to [Mod Removed-Email] to confirm the purchase, but the console still does not have xbox live

The purchase of a subscription from the Microsoft store will be added to the account purchased. If the purchased account is not your sons account you may want to get with a support agent. They may be able to cancel the sub and then issue it on your sons
account.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request a call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
