Discus and support Xbox live golden don't work ? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i try to connect online on overwatch but it send me on an ad to buy Xbox live gold...     Xbox live golden don't work ?


    i try to connect online on overwatch but it send me on an ad to buy Xbox live gold... The one i just paid for a year three days ago. That do the same for all my games and When i go on my profile i see that i still have it activate....

    Hello, I used my 6 month Xbox Live Gold card, it says that my subscription expires on 29/06/2018 .But when I try to connect to the Xbox Live, I have to pay again otherwice a message displays "The current profile can not play on Xbox Live "

    SO i have contact the support been more then an hours with it NO SOLUTION, it's was 4 am to be able to get the suport and i get no resoltion !! I used the chat because i can't call i'm too far away tht realy expensive and the hours are enven worst. He made
    me reset my console and every think but that still the same can they think that not my console the problem maybe my client server side ? The chat finish with "i ll contact a profesional" he send me this "Your verification code is: 034960.

    i payed that is necesary to play any game online ! So waht now ? i can't contact the suport again, i had to take a day off to have the chat support. I tired and i want a solution before i burn my console. Well for a first time buying an xbox that's realy bad
    ! I don't think i gona buy one again ever.

    I'm loged as in France .. so i got some news they make me done an new Live gold after give me back my money still that i have the same problem. I tryed with a friend account on my xbox, no problem so that must be my account ..

    When you mentioned that you are logged in 'as France', does that mean you're physically located in France as well? If you are not
    physically located in any of the regions listed on our
    Xbox Live Countries page
    , that would explain the behavior you're experiencing.
