    I purchased XBox Live Gold for my son except it says the code has already been redeemed. Im hopeless at this stuff so im thinking i got the code and not my son, i dont even go on the XBox. 2 questions

    1. How do I find out where the XBox Live Gold subscription went to? And

    2. If it did go to me how do i get it put under my son?

    Never heard of either of these places... always a little sketch to do it.

    EDIT: Seems it went up to 43$ now.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. This situation would be best to request a call back and talk directly with a support agent. Do not select chat live with representative.

    When you go to
    Contact Us     to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
    • Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support
    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

    If you mean xbox live gold yes....because xbox live is the xbox online service platform and xbox live gold is the subscription, and non gold subscribers are still connected to xbox live always.
