    Xbox live Gold trouble please please help.


    On Saturday the 6th of January 2018 My Brother had purchased Xbox live gold from our Xbox, but once I went to play Grand Theft Auto online and it said I did not have permission. Even though Google said all accounts can play online even if one person purchases
    it. LOOK AT THE 2ND PARAGRAPH AT THE BOTTOM THE TITLE SAYS: Can you share Xbox live Gold Membership on Xbox One. So can someone anyone help me out, please.

    Hello. I am having trouble accessing multi-player games, and activities. I have Live Gold, my account is up to date and active, yet my console tells me that I need to get Live Gold with multiplayer permissions. Please help.

    G'day Chilidog! Deleting the update files is a good step to take, in case one of them is causing the issue. Once they're deleted, you should only have to re-download the latest update when you launch the game. Can you let us know the result once you're able
    to try the suggestions offered so far? =)

    I would recommend deleting the DLCs from the storage device AND any game updates files for Skyrim. It could also help to clear the "content cache" from system items on that storage device and also be sure to high-light the storage device and press to "Y"
    to open up the device options and clear "system cache" as well. Turn off the console and wait about 20 seconds before restarting it. Now you can go to Settings Hub>Account>Download History and then queue each DLC to download again. Once they are all finished
    start Skyrim and download any necessary updates. Hope this helps :)
