Xbox Live Gold subscription while console in warranty service

Is there anything in warranty terms or any other regulations?

I think that I will answer my own question with the answer form Xbox Support ;-)

„Thanks for raising this with us, (..)! You don't have to worry about it . After the repair order for your console was complete, you can just simple contact us back regarding your issue with your subscription and from there we will provide the best option
that we can provide.

It is possible that we can just replace it or return the charge that you've provided when you purchased your subscription .

It's either of the two .

Just make sure to contact us back once the process for your console is done .”

Not sure if they still do this as it's been a couple of years since I last had to send a console off for repair but you used to get a card for 1 month of gold with your repaired/replaced console when they send it back.

Like I said,it's been a while so that might not be the case any more.

I hope that this repair wolud not last longer than one month. They warn about delays due to Covid-19.
