Xbox live Gold Subscription renewed before we were able to use our Company Store Discount

Our subscription auto-renewed. It was my understanding that we had that set to NOT auto-renew.

Because we always get a Friends and Family discount through the Company Store. I have the discount, but was not able to use it before it auto-renewed.

Can this be applied somehow? So that we get the generous discount? Otherwise, the subscription is quite expensive and way more than what we paid last year with the F and F Discount.

Hi there,

as far as I know this can't be applied, a possible solution could be that the current subscription needs to be cancellen (and refunded) and a new subscription with the Discount be used.

BUT, to be sure I do advise contacting Xbox Support so they can decide what is best.

Once we were able to get a game with gold successfully it will not be removed from our account but we should have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to continue playing the game.

If it's asking you to buy the game with an active Xbox Live Gold subscription it means that it is obtained using a different Microsoft account.

If you purchase an Xbox LIVE Family pack, that subscription time you already purchased will discount the price of the Family Pack. Did you just recently sign up for Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions? If you did, I'd suggest following the prompts on our

$60 a year in the US for 12 months but I got it on sale for $42.
