    Xbox live gold subscription not working.


    In December 2021 I redeemed a 12 month xbox gold subscription from a gift card. earlier this year I bought game pass ultimate however I no longer am subscribed to it. But ever since ive cancelled my gamepass ultimate subscription my xbox live gold hasnt been working.

    I'm assuming you're refering to this raptr promotion
    raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription    . This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.

    Do you still have an Xbox live gold subscription?

    To continue to have the license to play the Xbox One games It is required to keep a gold subscription active on the account. And NO sharing a gold subscription with another profile does not work.

    The 360 games are not affected by the gold subscription requirement.

    Once you renew the gold subscription you will gain access back to the licenses for the Xbox One Games with Gold.
